Mid February - Mid March
Many of your plans for travel, study
and domestics have been on hold
since 2009. However, you'll find the
time to tackle these is right from
March 11. Consequently, Leo will be
throwing large amounts of energy
into the tasks at hand: expect to be
busy, tired and sometimes cranky.
Personal aspirations reach a
climatic, bringing contentment and
satisfaction during March. There's
more time to spend with people who
are important to you, allowing for
advancement of ideas and closer
ties. A genuine warmth will radiate
through your relationships.
You've had a difficult task balancing
needs with domestics and the
interests of family, complicated by
low energy levels. As pressures
ease you turn your sights to
neglected goals, getting them back
on the boil. This is easier to
accomplish from early March, as
assistance is coming your way. Also
look to health issues.
Feeling ground into the earth seems
to have become the norm of late but
recent developments have added a
large dose of joy to your routines.
During the coming month you can
expect happiness from children,
romance and entertainment.
Energy levels pick up as does
career potential. Something new is
happening at home.
Recent obstacles on Arian career
paths have prevented many of you
from directly reaching their goals,
ensuring a roundabout route is
necessary on this quest. You've
handled recent issues well and are
extremely optimistic over your future
during the coming month. There's
plenty to keep you entertained and
life is full of potential.
New career prospects beckon

Life has been a challenge in the
past few months as you've

your interactions with others.
Resolutions have been found and

The fullness of life has washed over

When you begin a new Sudoku, some of the
squares will already have numbers in them, and
will have a grey background. The easier the
Sudoku, the more numbers will be provided for
you. These grey squares cannot be altered. The
rules for Sudoku are simple, fill all the empty
squares so that the numbers 1 to 9 appear once
in each of the nine columns, each of the rows, and
each of the nine boxes.

Welcome to another year of movies. I
trust everyone had an enjoyable
Christmas and came to see lots of
movies over the holiday season. Judging by our
crowds, that is exactly what did happen. When we
first opened we were excited to have 2000 people
visit the cinema in one day. Now we are reaching
up to 7000 people on busy days so it shows how
this area has grown. 2009 was a great year for our
cinema and we were very honoured to win our
category in the Redland Retail Awards.
Up until December our highest grossing film
was Journey To The Centre of the Earth in 3D. The
film with the largest admissions at that time was
Mamma Mia. However both records have now
been broken by, you guessed it, Avatar 3D. At the
time of writing there have been over 31,000
people who have seen Avatar 3D at Victoria Point.
This is amazing when you consider that we can
screen 3D in only one cinema.
It is hard to imagine but we are just about to
reach our third birthday.
How time has flown. We will be three in March. I
still remember seeing the site as a vacant lot and
then regularly visiting as it slowly started to be
built. When I first moved into the complex full
time, the cinemas were all empty shells, the foyer
was still a dirt floor and my office was not in
existence. It is great to see how the venue has
developed as well as the greater Lakeside Centre.
Regular readers will be sick of my saying this but
we still had the same issue every Tuesday over the
holidays and has even continued into February. That
issue is that every Tuesday morning is much busier
than the same time every other week day. This is due
to the belief that Tuesday is cheaper. We have the
same prices Mon - Fri before 6pm.
Children's tickets are $4.50 anytime.Pensioners
are also $4.50 with the exception of Saturday
nights and Public holidays when they are $6.00.
Valentine's Day is upon us. By co-incidence we
will be screening the new movie Valentine's Day at
that time. Look at this fantastic cast, Julia Roberts,
Anne Hathaway, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Jennifer
Garner, Shirley MacLaine, Bradley Cooper, Ashton
Kutcher, Topher Grace, Emma Roberts, Hector
Elizondo, Bryce Robinson and Patrick Dempsey.
The story is about intertwining couples and
singles in Los Angeles who break-up and make-
up based on the pressures and expectations of
Valentine's Day. This film will also be screening in
our Deluxe Licensed Cinema.
I look forward to seeing you At The Movies.
