• 1x cup penne pasta
• 1x 185g can of tuna (in spring water)
• 1x onion, diced
• 1x tbs butter
• 2x cups milk
• 2x tbs of plain flour
• 1x tbs of mustard
• 1/2 cup grated cheese
1. Preheat oven to 1800. Cook pasta as per directions, drain and set aside. Grease
oven proof dish.
2. Melt butter in a saucepan, add onion and lightly brown. Add flour stirring
frequently until slightly golden. Gradually add milk, stirring continuously
ensuring a smooth consistency, over a low heat until sauce comes to the boil.
3. Remove from heat, add mustard, pasta, cheese and drained tuna and place in
greased dish. Top with extra cheese if desired. Bake for 25 minutes or until
